To recover or reset your password here are the steps. Please try these steps in order – as sending us the contact form below may take longer than the first, automated steps. We humans aren’t as quick as a machine 🙂

This form is here to help people recover their passwords – after they have tried the normal password recovery and it hasn’t worked.

1. Request a password recovery link to be emailed to your registered membership email: Recover Password
2. Check your email. If the link hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes, check junk mail and quarentine
3. Fill in the form below and we will manually send out a password reset link
4. If step three fails, we will provide support to recover your password via phone, txt, fax, carrier pigeon or other technology that may work for you.
