IPCNC Conference 2026 – Wellington 26-28 August

Te Whanganui-a-Tara rolls out the red carpet to celebrate innovation in Infection Prevention.
Nau mai, haere mai!
Join us in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington, the heart of healthcare innovation, at the Infection Prevention & Control Nurses College (IPCNC) Conference, 26-28 August 2026.

This year’s theme, “Lights, Camera, Prevention!” reflects the evolving challenges and innovations shaping our field. Over three dynamic days, we’ll explore new strategies, technologies, and collaborative approaches to strengthen infection prevention and control across all healthcare and community settings.

The conference will showcase innovation in IPC, and we encourage submissions and registration from the public, private (including aged residential care) and non-profit sectors.

If you have a IPC project you have worked on for postgrad study or at a similar level, this is your opportunity to take the extra step and celebrate your achievement among likeminded people.

Please contact Henrietta.Sushames@ccdhb.org.nz if you have any queries.

The conference will be at Tākina, Wellington, August 26-28th, 2026.

All conference details are available on the IPCNC Conference 2026 website – https://www.ipcncconference.nz/
